YOUR MISSION
- Create a pool of leads per account and transform them into contacts to work with in the future
- Contribute to the development by helping to qualify and validate new opportunities and determine their level of priority
- Assist the follow-up of the client relationship from a new lead to a trustful client
- Participate in the implementation and follow-up of the overall recruiting strategy
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
- Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills and experience
ABOUT YOU
- You have or are completing a degree in Business Engineering, Economics, Management, Sales, HR, …
- You speak French and English (Dutch is a plus)
- You have excellent communication skills
- You are motivated to learn and have a strong team spirit
