The mission
Our client is looking for a skilled Business Analyst Card Expert to join their team.
Function description:
- You develop a business/product expertise within the domain of cards
- You play a crucial role in the continuous definition and implementation of change requests
- You gather and consolidate the needs of the stakeholders
- You collaborate on solutions to improve the customer experience
- You help the PO define the backlog by processing requests from other squad
- You are the intermediary between the colleagues from the IT and Business who makes the information understandable for both parties and you also help the squad PO to define and structure points in the backlog
- You are responsible for the operational/functional 3rd line support to our customers
Is this you ?
- Strong written and spoken communication skills in Dutch, French and English
- University degree
- At least 5 years of relevant experience
- Good expertise in MS Office
- Knowledge of Daily Banking (Cards domain)
- 3th line operational & functional support to our clients
- Follow up & solve incidents with Cards
- Good understanding of work flow processes
- Analytical mind – conceptual thinking
- Negotiation and persuasion skills
- Strong communicator
