The project:
Our client in the banking sector is looking for a Business Analyst – Operational Permanent Control to join their team.
Principal responsibilities:
- Responsible for elicitation, analysis and documentation of business, stakeholder, solution and transition requirements.
- Works closely with subject matter experts to understand business needs and translate them into requirement.
- Identify and define detailed product requirements and use cases.
- Analyze and document business processes (existing / new).
- Work with the project manager, OPC team members and other Bank’s stakeholders.
- Participate in transitioning the requirements and use cases to the designers / developers, and ensure a clear and complete understanding of the requirements
- Assist in translating requirements and use cases into test conditions and expected results for product, performance, and user acceptance testing.
- Actively manages requirements traceability for impact and coverage analysis.
- Participate in quality management reviews, in particular reviews of the designs, prototypes, and other requirements work products to ensure they fulfill the requirements.
- Plans and actively executes the BA requirements management strategy; communicating, driving and managing the business analysis effort through all phases of the project lifecycle.
- Partners with internal and external development and technology delivery organizations; prioritizing their dependencies on the BA to ensure successful delivery of solutions.
- Serve as a liaison to the business community.
Is this you?
- French or Dutch native and good in the other language
- Good in English
- Bachelor/Master or equivalent by experience
- At least 2 to 6 years of relevant experience
- Experience with conceptual modelling techniques and methods
- Good expertise in MS Office
- Good understanding of IT and testing
- Experience with requirements management
- Good understanding of work flow processes
- Analytical mind – conceptual thinking
- Negotiation and persuasion skills
