The mission
Our client is looking for a skilled Business Analyst to join their team.
Function description:
- Analyse the data and information provided (Outsourcing register – contract information – …) and identify methods and opportunities to streamline, simplify and strengthen;
- Present conclusions and improvement proposals to the management and permanent control functions
- Implement those methods in collaboration with the different LoD1 and LoD2 stakeholders;
- Performs gap analysis and assists in establishing and control execution enhancement tracks;
Is this you ?
- Strong written and spoken communication skills in Dutch and/or French and English
- Master Degree
- At least 5 years of relevant experience
- First experience with Operational Risk Management/ Framework (from LOD1 or LOD2)
- Experience is developing and maintaining policies & procedures
- Skilled in project management, project lifecycle and project methodology
- Good knowledge of the operational risks elements of a Banking environment
- Good knowledge of the bank and its activities and products;
- Knowledge of the fundamental principles of operations and their processing system;
- Outsourcing Risk Management
- Ability to see the overall picture (helicopter view) – strategic & analytical thinking
- Strong communicator, diplomatic and customer-oriented
- Commercial awareness and customer-oriented
