The mission
Our client is looking for a skilled Project/Change Manager to join their team.
Your responsibilities:
- Develop the deployment plan in context of EBE training activities to be foreseen to the employees
- Elaborate and maintain a global project plan
- Manage and engage the different stakeholders contributing to this training deployment
- Coordinate the creation and elaboration of the training content
- Monitor implementation of the deployment plan
- Assess the impact on the employees and manage the change effectively
- Measure success of the implemented deployment plan and optimize where possible
- Manage risks and impediments endangering this deployment
- Report status to the initiative Owner
Is this you ?
- Strong written and spoken communication skills in Dutch, French and English
- Master degree with relevant experience in similar projects (Deployment of a new platform in a large organization)
- Project Management Certification such as Prince2, PMP
- You get energy by organizing, coordinating and structuring your environment
- You have experience in people management and you act as an inspiring team leader.
- You are a strategic thinker with a business and entrepreneurial mindset.
- You innovate, you dare, and you are obsessed by client experience & simplicity.
- You are a good story teller, open minded and proactive.
- You are a good listener, empathetic, convincing and a good negotiator.
