afarax is hiring a Cyber Security Service Delivery Manager for one of their clients.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for the operational monitoring of one or more SOC-as-a-Service (Security Operations Center) projects
- Support the design of the customer's solution from the study phase to completion, within the framework of the set objectives and by controlling the respect of the imperatives of costs, deadlines and quality.
- You are constantly up to date with legal, regulatory and technological developments in IT security.
- You participate in the Security Committee and you rely on internal recommendations to develop security recommendations for customers, and escalate customer issues to the Security Committee and the CISO in order to enrich the reflections.
- Ensure that events that may impact the service contract throughout its life cycle are taken into account
- Monitor the budget of the service contract
- Manage the SOC analyst team
- Participate in the definition of the service and associated SLAs
Is this you ?
- Ideally, you have a Master's degree in technology (civil engineer, industrial engineer, IT, etc.) and / or you have proven experience of 3 to 5 years in the field of security and more specifically on security missions
- You have an established knowledge of the major IT standards currently in force and of all the latest generation IT technologies (networks, systems, applications);
- An ITIL certification / previous experience in project management is a plus
- You are able to communicate effectively and adapt your level of speech to your interlocutor, whether he is a technical engineer or a CxO-level manager.
- You speak French and have a good knowledge of English
- You are stress resistant
- Knowing the standards (a.o. ISO9001 / ISO27001), the legal aspects and the methodologies of the field are advantages;
- Actual experience in a similar function is a plus.
