The mission
Our client is looking for an MS Azure Senior Data Engineer to increase the capacity of their Data Management team.
Objective of the job:
3 main axis :
- Implementation of BI Business Projects
- Quality assurance on ETL’s
- Coaching of junior data engineers
Is this you ?
- Fluent in English, Dutch and/or French
- Master degree in Informatics or equivalent through experience
- Experience with analytics use cases
- Cloud Data platform in Azure
- Devops (Infrastructure as Code, Continuous Integration / Delivery)
- Azure Data Skills (Data Lake Gen2, Synapse
- Experience in DataBricks
- Experience in Data Factory
- Experience in Python
- Knowledge of pipes principles and developments
- Experience in Data Flow
- Knowledge about Data Management: metadata management, lineage, data quality principles
- Database modelling via modelling tools such as Erwin or Visio
- Ability to interact with Business teams and gather Business Requirements
- Ability to translate Business Requirements into functional & technical Requirements
