The mission
Our client is looking for a skilled IT Command Operator to join their team.
The IT Servicing & Production Command Center is in charge of 24/24 7/7 monitoring of BNP Paribas Fortis IT infrastructure and applications (mainframe, middleware, network, Windows, AIX, Linux, Cloud, …) interventions in case of alerts or incidents and (pre & post) evaluation & execution of IT changes.
Is this you ?
- Good written and spoken skills in Dutch & French
- Very good written and spoken skills in English
- Bachelor IT or equivalent
- ITIL Foundation & Cloud certifications are a plus
- At least 3 years of experience in IT
- At least basic knowledge of IT Department, products and services
- Fast learner on new technologies and tools
- Basic knowledge mainframe is a plus
- Disciplined
- Issue detecting and solving
- Accurate in instruction execution
- Proactive in process improvement
- Autonomously working team player
- Fluent communicator
- Stress resistant, flexible, receptive for feedback
