The mission
Our client is looking for an IT Program Manager – SAP implementation to join their team.
- Lead the E2E tech delivery of solutions, ensuring it is in line with Architecture, data and security principles defined in the IT org, in close collaboration with the CTO and Enterprise architect
- Analyse, review and control all technical deliverables the external providers are working on / delivering and providing recommendations (incl. alternative solutions)
- Manage Tech streams to deliver end to end integration within the ecosystems
- Participate in the design authority, influencing decisions and recommendations
- Coordinate tech requirements with internal tech IT organization workforce to ensure timely availability of tech components for the program, through conducting regular status meetings, tracking project progress, and proactively identifying and mitigating risks and issues
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, external vendors, contractors, and technology partners, managing relationships and monitoring their deliverables to ensure compliance with project requirements
- Oversee system testing and quality assurance activities, ensuring that the systems is thoroughly tested, defects are identified and resolved, and the system is ready for deployment
- Oversees system build, testing, migration (all technical steps) and makes sure implementation is in line with the agreed strategy documents with external partners / providers
Is this you?
- Master's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field (Engineering, …)
- PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant project management certification is highly desirable.
- Proven experience managing SAP S4 1 Ariba implementation projects, with a strong understanding of the software and its modules.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
- Effective communication skills, including written and verbal communication.
- Familiarity with Agile or other project management methodologies is a plus.
- Previous experience in change management and vendor management is advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
