The mission
Our client is looking for a PMO to support their Program Manager of their Offshore Program within the Customer, Market and System department for specific tasks related to project management aspects (mission 1). But also support the Business & Data Architect in the framework of their digital transformation (mission 2).
- Formalize different existing project management supports (planning, risk log, budget, task log, etc) in adequate management tools for efficient program management (mission 1);
- Monitor and report project progress, budget and resource status (mission 1).
- Monitoring the individual streams in the project (deadlines, resources, timesheets as well as achievement of deliverables). This implies acquiring (high level) basic knowledge of the context (mission 1 & 2);
- Organize the different meetings and reminders (mission 1 & 2);
- Perform specific administrative tasks (meeting requests, preparation email for communication, …) (mission 1 & 2);
- Redaction of minutes for internal and external meetings (mission 1);
- Maintain sharepoint/Teams (application for information exchange) + create presentations/support for Program Manager (mission 1);
- Recurring reporting to Program Manager (mission 1) and Business & data Architecht (mission 2).
Is this you ?
- Fluent in ENG and FR or NL, good understanding of the other national language
- Experience in energy sector and medium technical back group on offshore and transmission system operator is plus (mission 1);
- Experience in business data & architecture is a plus (mission 2);
- Master's degree in engineering/economics
