The Mission

You will play a pivotal role in designing, optimizing, and maintaining data transformation processes using Dataiku and Databricks. Working closely with the project team and business stakeholders, you will ensure high data quality, efficient performance, and smooth knowledge transfer.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain complex data transformation workflows using Dataiku (following guidelines on dev vs automation node, low-code recipes, etc.).

• Under the guidance of the Tech Lead, leverage Databricks compute to enhance performance and cost efficiency.

• Ensure data quality and integrity throughout the entire transformation lifecycle.

• Facilitate knowledge transfer to the project and business teams who will manage the solution in the future.

Your Profile

• Strong skills in SQL and other relevant programming languages such as Python.

• Proven expertise in Dataiku for complex data transformation and ELT processes.

• Experience with Databricks and its compute capabilities.

• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.

• Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in SQL/SAS and Data Warehousing.

• Minimum 2 years of experience with Dataiku (Dataiku Developer certification preferred).

Languages

• Fluent in Dutch or French.

• Fluent in English.
