The Mission

You will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements in the payments domain. Working closely with product owners, architects, and stakeholders, you will help design and implement effective solutions that improve business processes and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the elicitation, analysis, and documentation of business, stakeholder, solution, and transition requirements.

• Collaborate with product owners, architects, and SMEs to ensure alignment between business and technology strategies.

• Analyze and design new business processes and define detailed product requirements and use cases.

• Work with project managers and architects to define metrics and performance goals for applications.

• Ensure smooth transition of requirements to designers and development teams.

• Support testing by translating requirements into test conditions and expected results.

• Actively manage requirements traceability for impact and coverage analysis.

• Participate in quality management reviews to validate designs and prototypes.

• Execute and manage the business analysis strategy across all phases of the project lifecycle.

• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams, ensuring successful delivery.

Your Profile

• Strong written and spoken communication skills in French, Dutch, and English.

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the payments domain (international payments, SWIFT, payment investigations).

• Background in AI and Data Analysis is a plus.

• Strong experience with conceptual modelling techniques and requirements management.

• Good understanding of IT and testing processes.

• Technical knowledge of XML and workflow processes.

• Proficiency with MS Office.
