If you have strong expertise in business intelligence, data modeling, and coaching, this project offers the opportunity to make a real impact.

The Mission

You will play a dual role: coaching and mentoring IT developers and business users while also leading the design and development of data models and reports. By combining your technical expertise with strong communication skills, you will help ensure best practices in Power BI are adopted and that financial reporting solutions are efficient, scalable, and aligned with business needs.

Key Responsibilities

Coaching & Mentoring (50%)

• Guide IT developers and business users in building skills and adopting best practices in Power BI.

• Provide hands-on mentoring in data modeling, report development, and visualization techniques.

• Act as a knowledge leader, bridging technical and non-technical teams.

Data Modeling & Report Development (50%)

• Design, implement, and maintain robust semantic models to support scalable and consistent reporting.

• Develop and optimize Power BI dashboards and reports, ensuring clear insights and alignment with business requirements.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure solutions meet both technical and functional needs.

• Analyze existing SAP BO reports to support knowledge transfer and migration where required.

Your Profile

• Proven experience as a Power BI Expert in complex, enterprise environments.

• Power BI certification is a strong asset.

• Expertise in DAX, Power Query, and Power BI Desktop/Service.

• Experience with semantic modeling, data integration, and Row-Level Security (RLS).

• Knowledge of Power BI deployment pipelines, connectivity modes, and lifecycle management.

• Familiarity with Azure or other cloud platforms.

• Knowledge of SAP BO (WEBI) to analyze and support existing reports.

• Strong understanding of data visualization best practices and UX principles.

• Excellent communication and mentoring skills; ability to simplify complex technical concepts.

Technical Skills

• Power BI (Desktop/Service, DAX, Power Query)

• SQL and Data Warehouse/BI environments

• Azure (preferred)

• SAP BO (advantage)
