We are currently seeking an experienced Lead Coach – Digital Transformation to support one of our clients in the Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain and Storage sector. This role offers the opportunity to lead and scale agile practices across the organization while driving cultural and organizational change.
The Mission
You will define and execute the coaching strategy for the organization’s digital transformation, mentor teams and leaders, and implement the Product Model framework. Your work will ensure consistent, high-impact agile adoption and alignment with business objectives across multiple teams and departments.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Strategy

Define and execute the coaching strategy aligned with digital transformation goals.

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of coaches, ensuring consistency and high impact in agile practices.

Collaborate with senior leadership to align agile practices with business objectives and transformation roadmap.
Framework Implementation

Guide the adoption and scaling of the Product Model framework across multiple teams and departments.

Ensure alignment between agile practices and governance, compliance, and delivery standards.
Coaching & Enablement

Coach teams, Tribe Leads, Product Owners, and other roles on agile principles, roles, and ceremonies as defined within the Products and Capabilities Model.

Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and agile maturity assessments.
Change Management & Culture

Act as a change agent, helping teams and leaders navigate the cultural shift toward agility.

Identify and address organizational impediments to agile adoption and performance.

Work with the core team and change team to define standards and learning materials in digestible, teachable formats.

Simplify and communicate Product Model concepts effectively.
Metrics & Continuous Improvement

Define and track agile maturity and performance metrics.

Use data-driven insights to continuously improve agile practices and team effectiveness.

Share best practices and lessons learned across the organization.
Your Profile

Proven experience leading agile transformations in large, complex organizations.

Deep expertise in agile frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, Scrum@Scale, Spotify, etc.).

Strong leadership and people management skills.

Excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring abilities.

Experience working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Agile certifications (SAFe Program Consultant, Certified Scrum Professional, ICAgile Certified Expert) are a plus.

Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, empathetic leader, effective communicator, and passionate about agile values and continuous learning.
