This role offers the opportunity to optimize HR processes, bridge business and IT, and drive SAP SuccessFactors initiatives.

The Mission

You will analyze, describe, and validate business requirements, harmonize HR processes, support testing, and advise stakeholders on SAP HR solutions. Your work will ensure effective adoption and continuous improvement of HR systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the business to optimize and harmonize HR processes through analysis, process modelling, and validation of requirements.

• Identify and analyze system bugs, proposing effective solutions.

• Perform data analyses to improve operational efficiency and ensure data quality.

• Formulate and validate user stories and define acceptance criteria based on business requirements.

• Validate technical specifications to ensure optimal IT solutions.

• Develop test scenarios and support testing and acceptance processes.

• Prepare and conduct workshops and training with the business.

• Advise product owners and stakeholders to plan and prioritize further development and maintenance of HR systems.

Your Profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst.

• Strong experience in SAP SuccessFactors, including Employee Central and at least 2 additional modules.

• Knowledge of English and either Dutch or French; German is a plus.

• Experience with SAP HR is an advantage.

• Analytical mindset, challenger, and team player.

• Excellent communication skills for interacting effectively with users and stakeholders.

• Familiarity with BABOK, ArchiMate, BPMN, UML, and Sparx Enterprise Architecture.

• Ability to bridge the gap between business and HR product teams, think critically, and roll up your sleeves to deliver results.
