We are currently seeking an experienced Trilingual IT Functional Analyst to support one of our clients in the banking sector. This role offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of business and IT within a complex investment-driven environment.

The mission

You will translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications, ensure smooth collaboration between stakeholders, and support the successful delivery of IT solutions in the banking and investments domain.

Key responsibilities

Requirements analysis & specification

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications

• Draft detailed requirements and specification documents

• Ensure clarity, consistency, and traceability of requirements

Delivery & stakeholder coordination

• Collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure correct implementation of solutions

• Act as a bridge between business, IT, and other stakeholders

• Monitor project progress and support coordination across teams

Testing & validation

• Participate in testing and validation of implemented solutions

• Support defect analysis and resolution in collaboration with technical teams

Documentation & knowledge transfer

• Ensure proper documentation of solutions and processes

• Prepare and support training for end users

Your profile

• Proficiency in French and Dutch (spoken and written)

• Good knowledge of English for communication with technical teams

• Proven experience in the investments domain (e.g. stock orders, fund buying/selling, MiFID taxation, client reporting, trading platforms)

• Solid experience as an IT Functional Analyst (not a Business Analyst)

• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders

• Knowledge of project management methodologies and modeling tools (UML, BPMN, etc.)
