We are currently seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to support one of our clients in the transportation, logistics, supply chain, and storage sector. This role offers the opportunity to shape transformation initiatives and establish sustainable enterprise architecture practices in a complex, agile environment.

The Mission

As Enterprise Architect, you will drive architecture design, governance, and strategic alignment across large-scale transformation projects. You will define frameworks, coach teams, and ensure technology solutions are consistent, scalable, and fully aligned with business strategy. Your work will directly support the client’s digital transformation journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement architecture guidelines, guardrails, and governance frameworks adapted to an agile enterprise.

• Ensure architectural consistency, solution quality, and business alignment across projects.

• Coach and mentor product teams, architects, and developers in best practices.

• Lead and facilitate governance forums, testing and evolving approaches in collaboration with selected teams.

• Contribute to building and sustaining a long-term Enterprise Architecture practice.

Your Profile

• 10+ years of experience in architecture and solution design, including at least 5 years in logistics or supply chain applications.

• Proven track record in establishing and evolving Enterprise Architecture practices within agile organizations.

• Hands-on expertise in enterprise integration, digital transformation, and large-scale system landscapes.

• Experience in logistics, postal, transport, or complex industrial environments is a strong plus.

• Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business terms.

• Recognized leadership and coaching abilities, with experience guiding multi-disciplinary teams.

• Proactive, pragmatic, and comfortable working in fast-moving transformation environments.

• Professional proficiency in Dutch, French, and English.
