The project

Our client in the banking sector is seeking a freelance Scrum Master to strengthen their team.

Daily activities

• Organize and follow up on day-to-day Agile activities through Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

• Manage and facilitate Scrum tools and dashboards to ensure visibility and transparency.

• Take ownership of sprint planning, estimation, and allocation of activities within the Scrum team.

• Support Solution Designers / Functional Analysts in explaining development context and making priority decisions.

• Manage and maintain the product backlog, ensuring clarity, completeness, and prioritization.

• Contribute to bank-wide planning initiatives, including Quarterly Agile Planning.

• Assist with the correct assignment of tasks and ensure quality and accuracy of time registration.

• Share feedback and best practices with IT PMO to improve processes, tooling, and training.

• Actively participate in Communities of Practice (CoP) with fellow Scrum Masters and IT PMO.
