The mission

As a Senior Front-End Analyst, you act as a key bridge between business and IT, performing complex analyses and ensuring that solutions meet both functional and non-functional requirements while complying with regulatory and security standards.

Key responsibilities

Business & functional analysis

• Perform complex business, functional, and process analyses based on solutions designed by the Lead Analyst, Product Lead, or Solution Designer.

• Translate stakeholder needs into clear functional requirements and solution proposals.

• Provide expert advice on domain-specific topics.

• Apply advanced modeling languages and tools to support analysis and design.

• Ensure alignment with security requirements, architectural standards, and non-functional requirements.

Domain & regulatory expertise

• Build transversal domain knowledge in banking and insurance operations, products, and services.

• Understand and apply regulatory requirements and compliance standards relevant to the financial sector.

• Maintain a solid functional and basic technical understanding of domain systems.

Solution quality & testing

• Ensure high-quality solutions using appropriate testing techniques.

• Collaborate with test teams and end users to define and execute test scenarios.

• Support incident management by analyzing impact, proposing immediate solutions, and identifying long-term improvements.

• Maintain domain systems to ensure maximum availability and stability.

Process improvement & innovation

• Monitor industry and technology trends to recommend innovative, client-centric solutions.

• Challenge existing processes and tools, identifying opportunities for efficiency improvements.

• Define impact and coordinate implementation of approved changes.

• Design features that contribute to a more customer-centric and efficient service offering.

Collaboration, coaching & coordination

• Coach analysts and associates to foster collaboration and productivity.

• Explain processes, software, and tools to end users.

• Coordinate domain activities, including task distribution, planning, and progress follow-up.

• Provide guidance to team members and stakeholders.

• Prepare detailed reporting for stakeholders and team leadership, highlighting risks and proposing solutions.

• Develop and maintain documentation and training materials.
